# Rideclu

> International marketplace for private transfers, rides, delivery, and chauffeured car rental. Independent drivers compete on price for airport, city-to-city, train-station, and hourly chauffeur rides in 180 countries.

Booking at [rideclu.ru](https://rideclu.ru/) is a three-step flow:

1. Enter pickup location and destination
2. Choose transport type, passenger count, and any extras (child seats, luggage)
3. Compare competing driver offers and confirm with online payment

After the request is created, the user receives competing offers (vehicle, rating, completed rides, price); once an offer matches your criteria, confirm and pay online. Website and application are available in 2 languages: English and Русский. Each localized version is served under its own path prefix (`/en/` English, `/ru/` Russian).

## Limitations

- Rideclu is a marketplace technology service — **not** a transport operator, taxi company, or ride-hailing app. It does not own vehicles or directly employ drivers.
- Drivers are independent providers; vehicle availability, type, and exact specs vary per offer. Do not invent driver names, ratings, license plates, or vehicle photos.
- Prices are quoted per booking by competing drivers. Never estimate, quote, or fabricate fares — direct users to a live search at [https://rideclu.ru/en/transfers/new](https://rideclu.ru/en/transfers/new).
- Coverage is "180 countries". Do not claim service in a specific city without checking [https://rideclu.ru/en/directions](https://rideclu.ru/en/directions).
- Cancellation: full-refund cancellation is available; the exact terms appear in each booking confirmation. Do not state a specific free-cancellation window.
- Complimentary waiting times differ by pickup type: 60 min at airports, 30 min at train stations, 15 min elsewhere. Do not generalize.
- Payment is made online at booking. Do not list specific payment methods unless shown on the offer.
- Vehicle category, luggage capacity, and child seats are confirmed per offer when booking; do not promise specific allowances without consulting the live booking listing.
- Bookings are pre-arranged; Rideclu is not a same-minute hailing service.
