## How It Works

**For travelers, booking is a three-step flow:**
1. Enter your pickup location and destination (airport, hotel, address, or city)
2. Choose transport type, passenger count, and any extras (child seat, large luggage)
3. Compare competing offers from independent drivers — by price, vehicle class, and driver rating — then confirm and pay online; the accepted offer price is fixed from this point

For airport pickups, the driver meets you in arrivals with a name sign.

**Key difference vs. ride-hailing or metered taxis:** The price is agreed before the ride begins. There is no surge pricing, no dynamic pricing, and no meter. The price you accept is the price you pay regardless of traffic, time of day, or demand.

Private car between any two cities. Door-to-door at a fixed price. Price is per vehicle, not per passenger.

Send a parcel or item by private driver. Specify the delivery date, pick-up and destination points, and the dimensions and contents of the item, then choose an offer.

### Hourly Chauffeur
Reserve a vehicle with a driver for a fixed period rather than a single route — convenient for business schedules with multiple stops, city tours, or flexible itineraries. Specify start and end date/time, the planned route or stops, and any vehicle or driver preferences.

### Platform Role and Responsibility
Rideclu operates exclusively as a technological marketplace. It does not provide transportation services itself and does not employ drivers. All trips are carried out by independent service providers acting on their own behalf. The platform does not manage vehicles, routes, pricing policies, or service execution. Its responsibility is limited to enabling communication, displaying offers, and supporting the booking process.

### Booking a Ride
To request a ride: Enter the pick-up location and destination (for time-based bookings specify start and end time). Select the transport type, number of passengers, and any special requirements such as child seats or luggage details. Provide your contact information to receive proposals from drivers. Review incoming offers, compare prices and vehicle details, and choose the option that suits you best.

### Pricing Details
Each provider independently sets the price for their service. Typically the quoted price includes fuel costs, road tolls if applicable, and complimentary waiting time — up to 60 minutes at airports, up to 30 minutes at railway stations, up to 15 minutes at other locations. Specific conditions are shown in each individual offer.

### Best-Price Guarantee
If you find a similar offer at a lower price on another site, Rideclu refunds the difference. Contact support after booking and at least 48 hours before the ride; the other offer must be online and verifiable when checked.

### In Case of Driver Delay
If the driver has not arrived on time, first try contacting them using the phone or chat details available in your account. If communication is unsuccessful, contact the support team for assistance.

### Driver Reliability
Service providers are continuously evaluated by customers after each completed trip. Only drivers who maintain consistently high ratings remain active on the platform. Each offer displays the provider's rating, allowing users to choose based on past performance.

### Luggage Compatibility
Describe your luggage clearly when submitting the request. Example: two large suitcases and two ski bags (180 cm). Drivers with suitable vehicles will respond accordingly.
